God Loves You
"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." John 10:10
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1
We Are Separated
God created us in His own image but due to the fall of man, we were separated from Him and now are sinners. We have the freedom or free will to choose Him or the world.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23
So then God sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross and then He rose from the dead. He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and man.
"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ." 1 Timothy 2:5
"For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God." 1 Peter 3:18
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
God has provided the only way through His Son Jesus. Each person must make a choice.
The Plan Of Salvation
A very long time ago, a Roman Jailer asked of the Apostle Paul the most important question that anyone could ever ask, "What must I do to be saved?" Paul's answer was quick and to the point no beating around the bush but straight forward and clear He said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house" -Acts 16:30-31 That's how simple that it is.
A man named Nicodemus asked Jesus the same question. Jesus answered him by saying these words "You must be born again" -John 3:1-8
Receive HIM, Jesus Christ!
We must trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and receive Him by personal inviting Him into your heart and Life..
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." Revelation 3:20
"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
"That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
Here is how you can receive Christ and be Born Again!:
1.Admit that you are a sinner.
2.Be willing to confess, repent and ask for forgiveness and turn away from your old ways.
3.Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross and rose from the grave.
4.Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life as your personal Lord and Savior through the Holy Spirit.
You can receive Christ right now by faith through prayer. Prayer is talking with God and He hears every word we speak but God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart.
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13
Pray this Prayer:
"Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I know that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I now invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name. Amen.
If you prayed this prayer and you believed it and meant it with ALL your heart then REJOICE! Your a child of God! Your name has just been written in The Lambs Book of Life!
Receiving Christ, we are born into God's family through the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit who indwells in every believer. This is called the "new birth."
or being "born again"
What should I do now:
1. Read and Study your Bible everyday to know Christ.
2. Talk to God in prayer every day.
3. Tell others about Jesus "Good News".
4. Worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a Bible Believing atmosphere. If your need a Church - Open Arms Ministry
5. As a servant of God now demonstrate your new life by living like Christ like and show your love, compassion and concern for others.
