Hello, I can't seem to search the forums using the advanced search by date, takes forever.... so if this is an overused thread...sorry... I just wanted to start a thread about books that have been helpful. I know there are lots of resources on the net, and many don't buy books, but I like them. I think it was buried in another thread, I can't find it again, I saw a recommendation for "The Digital Photography Book" by Scott Kelby. I really liked it. Most of the book is about showing a picture, and then in a page or two telling the technique to get the shot. He has released a second book recently "The Digital Photography Book 2" which was pretty good too. I liked the first book better. The second is a whole lot about lighting and flash, and shooting events like weddings and such, which wasn't as immediately applicable to me. I am used to buying computer books for $30-$50, so at less than $20 apiece, these seem like a steal. Anyone else got others to add? Thanks Also you can check this Security Animated Video
